Peoplin' online, being 'engaging' on social media, and smiling on a crowded Zoom call, (or even just overthinking an emoji response on Slack) require bursts of energy that rarely get the best out of me.
Like most people, though, I'm a

Because I value connection, collaboration and clear communication above pretty much anything else.
And while I like to read, write, learn, lurk and take notes (far away from wherever the noise is), I've been in sales, management and marketing roles since 2007 — prioritising the ways we can work together, share ideas, and drive each other to take action.

It's pretty clear the future is being created in spite of us, instead of for us. The world the next generation are inheriting from us will be completely different from this one and, currently, we're collectively incapable of preparing them for it.
